Hi, I’m Holly! My life and career have taken me all over the map, from Mexico to tech-sector CEO. With my breadth of knowledge and experience, alongside over a decade of leading folks to their desired outcomes, I’m excited about starting on this journey with you!
My Story
As a self-proclaimed neurodiverse baddie, I’ve been finding ways to make the world work for me since I was a kid. Like most millennials, I was pushed towards University where the huge classrooms and lack of individual teaching had me, a straight-A high school student, failing. At the time, I didn’t know I had undiagnosed ADHD. I dropped out at 18, which is when I started paving my own way to a successful future, taking my first big risk…
I left school….
and I ended up in Mexico City, learning about a culture, a language and most of all, about myself. I learned that with some resilience and ingenuity I could find something that worked for me. The next winter, I enrolled in college, advocated for my needs, did the majority of the work as a self-study, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
When the job market left me struggling, I went back to school to further hone my tech skills. At the time, I thought I was destined to work in tech; tech was easy, it was logical, it was black and white.
When I got my first job and was offered a promotion into leadership within 6 months, I really had to go to work deconstructing my limiting beliefs that I couldn’t do it, or that I wasn’t enough.
I set a goal for myself …
I will someday be a CEO of a tech company. It was going well. The promotions kept coming, I kept adapting, working long hours to keep up with my executive dysfunction, forgetting to eat, spending my nights planning my day and catching up on work I couldn’t do in a traditional office environment. But I did it and at 33 I was running a tech company. But at what cost?
I had pushed myself beyond burnout…
and found myself in a spiral, with an eating disorder and barely able to wake up in the morning without a sense of impending dread. I decided to take control of my life, sought out therapy to address my trauma, and coaching to look to my future and accomplish my goals in a way that didn’t cause neurodivergent burnout. This made me a better leader, a better mentor, a better friend and most importantly, made me realize that I could find PURPOSE AND FULFILLMENT by stopping trying to change myself, accepting my differences and leveraging them to help others.
I want to help you…
navigate work changes, combat eating disorders, accept your differences and find ways to work with them. I want to help you accomplish your goals and realize your dreams. I’ve been through it myself and I’d really love to share what I’ve learned with you.
My Promise to you…
MindFulfill was born out of my passion for helping and my desire to do so in a way that breaks free from the capitalism grind. I’m not trying to sell you anything, there’s no miracle product that will suddenly change your life. This process takes dedication and work, but my promise to you is that I will ALWAYS keep moving with you towards YOUR goals. Unlike therapy that focuses on your past, together we will dive into your deepest dreams and aspirations for a fulfilling life. Let’s get you where you want to be!
